The staff at the reception was really friendly and super helpful. We were attending the festival and we were coming back late and were asleep during the breakfast so the hotel were preparing every day breakfast packages for us. The packages were exceptional, really really good. It included everything we liked. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is close to the tram and bus station.

It's always a pleasure to return to Best Western in Ostrava as we were kindly greeted by the receptionist. Easy going and rooms fulfill all the requirement one need to relax after a busy day of work. Bar's food is enjoyable for fair prices.

I really appreciate staff, very professional and willing to advice. Breakfast was very tasty and a lot of to choose. The hotel is located close to bus/tram stop. Parking place is monitored. Small remark - there is small fee for parking (not sure if is mentioned in Booking description)

Very good breakfast, plenty of different stuff for choice, near to the hotel is a nice local pub called "U Helbicha". I can reccomend there "HELBICHOVO PLATO", which is lot of different kind of grilled and baked meat with some mustard, radish, chilli sauce, good local garlic bread.. etc.. Enough for four people..

Refurbished property from 80-ties. In general ok, but on night we were in, both elevators were broken. Breakfast room in basement, food was ok.

There were so many options for breakfast that I did not know what to choose, everything was delicious. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Very good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Close to the highway so an ideal stay for people passing through Ostrava. Great value for money.
